Process Advisory

ePrama provided its process advisory services to one of the largest system integrator and facilitated the development of a process framework which was compliant with the SEI CMMI for Development v1.3 model.

Our consultants were involved in model orientation to the core team, Gap Findings, Process design and development, Training and implementation hand-holding.
